Another upfront cost that many fear is closing costs. Closing costs cover several things such a title insurance, surveys, inspection, insurance escrow, appraisal, and more. If you are worried about a homeowners insurance payments, no need to. A homeowners insurance payment is built into one mortgage payment. Last many homeowners worry about property taxes and Hoa dues. Everyone that owns a home has to pay property taxes. These very based on the size and location of your home. Hoa dues are only applicable if you are in a neighborhood or community that requires them.
