Ever wonder what it would be like to give your home a makeover? One way to improve the value of your home is to renovate. This will not only add value to your home but also improve the safety and change the look. One thing that tends to get into the way of many homeowners who ponder this thought, is cost. I thought I would break down some home renovation costs to give you a little more insight of what to expect.
Here are some average costs for some common home renovation projects (according to HomeAdvisor)...
Countertops $1,650 - $4,100
Cabinets $2,000-$ 7,300
Windows $2,600-$5,600

If you are looking to do a less expensive home renovation project start by changing the paint , doing some landscaping, or even adding smaller touches such as new knobs or faucets.
Note that these prices are just an average amount from a survey taken by HomeAdvisor. Prices could vary depending on what companies you decide to use.
